Jessica Iannone

Jessica Iannone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in web operations and eCommerce project management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Web Operations and Web Content Manager at Yale University since February 2022, Jessica previously held roles as Product Development Manager and Senior eCommerce Project Manager at Red Paper Plane and Structural Graphics from May 2018 to November 2021. Jessica's career also includes significant positions such as Creative Services Director and Creative Services Traffic Manager at Barker Specialty Company, and Creative Graphics & Marketing Specialist at Electrix Illumination. Early professional experience includes serving as Vice President & Principal Manager at Troubadour Studios and a role in computer prepress and technical support at Gamma One/Vertis Communications.
