Lalani Perry

Lalani Perry is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Internal Communications at Yale University since April 2014, Lalani manages a team and a significant operating budget while previously leading initiatives that enhanced employee engagement across the campus. Prior roles include Strategic Communications Director at UnitedHealthcare, where comprehensive communication strategies were implemented, and multiple positions at Aetna, including Sr. Business Project Manager and Head of Employee Communications. Earlier career experiences include contributions at The Hartford, Oxford Health Plans, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Lalani holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Delaware.
