Nilakshi Parndigamage

Nilakshi Parndigamage is the Associate Provost for Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff at Yale University since June 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Provost and Dean of Ezra Stiles College and Lecturer of Political Science at Quinn Emanuel from 2011 to 2016. Additional roles encompass litigation at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC, program coordination at the Institute for International Law and Human Rights, and a fellowship at the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Nilakshi Parndigamage holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University.
