Paola Ruiz

Paola Ruiz currently serves as the Leave and Disability Program Manager at Yale University, a role that involves overseeing income replacement programs and ensuring compliance with pay regulations during employee leaves. Prior to this position, Paola held various human resources roles, including Human Resources Analyst at Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC and Human Resources Manager at Kaplan Early Learning Company, where responsibilities included payroll oversight, recruitment strategies, and compliance management. Paola also developed the first Human Resources Department at Old Salem Museums & Gardens and managed HR functions at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, Paola has experience as a collegiate student athlete and professional volleyball player.
