Ronald Lipkins

Ronald Lipkins currently serves as the Director of HR Innovation & Strategic Support at Yale University, a position held since October 2012, where responsibilities include leading HR technology needs assessment, project management, and implementation of transformation initiatives focused on automation. Prior to this role, Ronald worked at Health Net from March 2000 to May 2012 as a Sr. Systems Analyst, where contributions included designing and implementing an integrated operational and IT system that resulted in a significant increase in sales and revenue, as well as identifying and recommending solutions for improving business processes. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Albertus Magnus College and has further education from Sacred Heart University.
