Stephanie Gosteli

Stephanie Gosteli is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and training, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development for HR Programs at Yale University since January 2017. In this role, Stephanie manages training initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance and change management, as well as overseeing Yale's Learning Center. Prior experiences include serving as the Clinical Training Coordinator at The Village for Families and Children, where oversight of the Social Work internship training program was a key responsibility, and as the Staff Development and Training Manager at Casey Family Services, where multi-year training plans were designed and implemented. Stephanie began a career in social work as a Clinical Social Worker at Yale New Haven Hospital, providing critical services to low-income families.
