Youssef Mohamed

Youssef Mohamed has extensive experience in operations management, particularly within the grocery and food delivery sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at YFS Logistics since April 2020, Youssef oversees the onboarding and training of new couriers while implementing strategies for acquisition and retention. Previously, Youssef held roles at Glovo from November 2018 to March 2020, including Operations Specialist, where responsibilities included recruiting and launching services in new cities, and managing live operations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Call Center Agent at the National Bank of Egypt, where Youssef supported VIP clients and handled inquiries related to bank products. Youssef earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Helwan University Cairo in 2016.
