Sajjad Ahmad

Sajjad Ahmad has over 18 years of experience in the mining sector, currently serving as the 2nd to Head of Mining at Yamama Cement since May 2014. Responsibilities include managing mining planning, operations, and crusher production while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational KPIs. Prior to this, Sajjad worked as a Crushers Supervisor at Yamama Cement and held the position of Mining Supervisor at Najran Cement Company, where duties included adherence to safety regulations and the design of haulage roads. Sajjad's career began as a Trainee Mining Engineer at Bestway Cement Company and as an Apprentice Mining Engineer at Cherat Cement Company. Sajjad holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar.
