YAMAYA CORPORATION is mainly engaged in the sale of alcoholic products. The Liquor segment is involved in the retail of alcoholic products and food items through stores and mail-orders. This segment is also involved in the manufacture, purchase and wholesale of alcoholic products and food items. The Restaurant segment is engaged in the restaurant business with a focus on taverns. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had eight consolidated subsidiaries and one associated company.
