Yuan Jia

Yuan Jia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They started their career as an Optimization Intern at Chengdu FAW International Logistics Co. Ltd in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Logistics Intern at YUANCHENG Logistics Co., ltd. and also gained experience as a Logistics Analyst Intern at S.F. Express Co. Ltd.

In 2017, Yuan Jia joined Yami where they started as an Intern in Business Systems Analysis, where they developed standard operating procedures for warehouse operations and collaborated on various improvement programs. They then progressed to become a Process Engineer, taking on responsibilities such as collecting requirements, proposing solutions, designing logic and functions, and optimizing order fulfillment.

From 2019 to 2021, Yuan Jia was promoted to Manager, Operations Engineer at Yami, where they oversaw operations and managed the business systems analysis team. Currently, Yuan Jia holds the position of Sr Manager, Business Systems Analysis at Yami.

Yuan Jia completed a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University from 2011 to 2015. After that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California from 2016 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Yuan Jia obtained a Graduate Certificate in Optimization and Supply Chain Management from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business in December 2016. They also obtained certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute in October 2018, Six Sigma Black Belt from the Management & Strategy Institute in December 2020, CPIM from APICS in August 2021, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in February 2023. Additionally, Yuan Jia completed an Enterprise Information Systems Specialization using SAP from SAP in May 2017.
