Consuelo Guzman has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Yanbal since October 1990, overseeing operations in Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador. Previous roles include Corporate Manager of Planning and Supply, responsible for demand management and material sourcing, and Corporate Manager of Commercial Operations, where Consuelo designed customer experience strategies and optimized several business processes. Earlier in their career, Consuelo held positions such as Inventory Director at Productos Favel and Planning Chief at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
