Rocio de la Cuadra Vigil

Rocio De La Cuadra Vigil has a diverse work experience, starting as a Project Manager for Textiles Frutos del Telar and advancing through roles such as Logistic Head at ilender. Rocio later transitioned to academia, taking on Associate Professor roles at various universities. Rocio'smost recent position was as PMO New Products Director at Yanbal, where they oversaw new product initiatives and development. Prior to this, they held leadership roles in new business and product development at Yanbal and served as the LATAM Executive Director at AANSEA CORE. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, new business development, and teaching.

Rocio De La Cuadra Vigil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Universidad de Lima, completed in 1990. Rocio went on to obtain an MBA in Estudios de Maestria en Administración de Empresas from Universidad del Pacífico (PE) between 1997 and 2000. Throughout their career, Rocio continued their education with various courses and certifications in disciplines such as Digital Strategy for Business, Innovation, Leadership, and Big Data. Rocio also obtained certifications in Project Management, including Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) and PMP.
