Mike Hagen

Mike Hagen serves as the Director of Marketing, Digital Strategy and Insights at Yancey Bros. Co. since 2020, overseeing brand development, marketing strategies, and customer experience while acting as a liaison with Caterpillar’s corporate office. In addition to their current role, Mike is a Board Member at Beaumont Products, Inc. and previously held the position of Vice President of Consumer Product Goods & Wholesale at Bluestone Lane. With extensive experience at The Coca-Cola Company, Mike served as Group Director for Category Strategy and Innovation, as well as in various other strategic management roles. Their career includes significant positions at Hannah Solar LLC, Starbucks Coffee Company, and KSL Resorts. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
