Kathy Amos

Kathy Amos was born in Asheville. After graduating from West Henderson High School, Kathy attended Appalachian State University (ASU) and Gardner-Webb University for my master’s degree. Kathy obtained my Educational Specialist degree (Ed.S) from ASU. Kathy have worked in Burke County Public Schools for 27 years. Kathy have thoroughly enjoyed her educational journey as a teacher, assistant principal, and elementary and high school principal. During the last four years, she have served at the central office as the Director of Advanced Learning for the school system.
