Mark Jacobs

Mark Jacobs is an experienced executive in environmental management and community relations, currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Environment & External Affairs at Yancoal Australia Limited since July 2012. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of General Manager - Environment & Community Relations at Gloucester Coal Limited from October 2011 to June 2012. Mark's earlier experience includes serving as Development Director at Charter Hall from 1999 to 2011. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sydney. In early 2022, Mark completed the Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors program.
