Андрей Холодный has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications industries, currently serving as VP of RnD and Manufacturing for Alice and Smart Devices at Yandex since December 2018. Previous roles include Deputy General Manager of Business Development at Tricolor TV, where focus was on IoT products and OTT services, and CEO of MOYO.TV, a consumer electronics startup. At Rostelecom, significant accomplishments included substantial growth in pay TV and IPTV subscriber bases while improving revenue and margins. Earlier career highlights include leading the VAS department at Vimpelcom and senior sales management at Comstar-UTS.
