Tamirlan Askar

Tamirlan Askar currently serves as Product Design Lead at Yandex, focusing on LLM-powered experiences across various platforms and creating a Unified Design System for AI chat products. Prior to Yandex, Tamirlan was Product Lead for Design & Growth at Flourishing Humanity Corporation, where significant improvements in user experience and retention were achieved through strategic design and system restructuring. At Beeline Kazakhstan, leadership was demonstrated across multiple product streams serving over 10 million users, with notable contributions such as managing event design and implementing productivity metrics. Earlier roles included web and graphic design at Chocofamily Holding and AVANGAR, respectively. Tamirlan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Shanghai University and completed an internship at Alibaba Business School.
