Adeniyi Adebayo

Adeniyi Adebayo has a diverse work experience that includes various leadership and entrepreneurial roles. Adeniyi is currently serving as the Chief Business Officer at Yango, where they are responsible for developing and executing the company's overall business strategy and operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Regional Director, Africa at Yango and was instrumental in driving growth and expansion in the region. Adeniyi also worked as a Senior Launch Manager, Global at Yango, where they played a key role in launching new products and services globally. In addition to their roles at Yango, Adeniyi is a Venture Partner at Starta VC, focusing on supporting and investing in early-stage startups. Adeniyi also founded Geeklama, a company focused on providing educational resources, and co-founded ProctorEdu, a company that specializes in remote proctoring solutions. Furthermore, Adeniyi has research and engineering experience, serving as a Senior Research Fellow at the Higher School of Economics and a Senior Engineer at NGT Synthesis - North America, respectively. Throughout their career, Adeniyi has demonstrated their expertise in business development, strategy, entrepreneurship, and research.

Adeniyi Adebayo received their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Kazan National Research Technological University in 2013. Adeniyi then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university in 2015. In 2014, they also completed a Master's Degree in Energy Science & Technology from Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. Additionally, in 2015, they studied at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on Chemical Engineering.
