Fiona Guo

Fiona Guo has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Fiona is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Yango. Prior to this, Fiona held the position of Head of Global HR at Wind Mobility, where they were responsible for implementing recruitment and talent development strategies. Fiona also served as the Head of HR (APAC) at the same company. Earlier in their career, Fiona worked as the Head of Human Capital at Bankorus, managing talent acquisition and employee growth. Fiona also worked as an HR Consultant at Bankorus, focusing on recruitment and HR system development. Fiona has also held HR management positions at Happylatte, App Annie, and Exoweb, where they played a key role in establishing HR processes, recruiting top talent, and creating compensation structures.

Fiona Guo completed their bachelor's degree in Law from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Mianyang Foreign Language School. Additionally, Fiona has acquired certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
