Craig Cosby

Craig Cosby is an experienced professional in production planning and management, currently serving as the Production Planning Manager at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. since August 2004. Previous roles include Scheduling Manager and Master Planner, where responsibilities encompassed budget management, capacity planning, and developing master production schedules based on demand forecasts. Prior to joining The Yankee Candle Company, Craig held the position of Senior Production Planner at Hasbro, focusing on production scheduling and supplier collaboration within a Just-In-Time environment. Craig’s early career includes roles at LEGO Group, where expertise in demand forecasting and team leadership was demonstrated, as well as a TQM Lead Auditor/Production Planner role at Smith and Wesson. Craig holds an MBA in Materials and Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from American International College.
