Krystel Alicea

Krystel Alicea is an experienced retail manager with a strong background in operations, human resources administration, and customer experience. Currently serving as Store Manager at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. since September 2020, Krystel previously held the position of CoManager at SWAROVSKI and served as Sales Manager at ANN INC, where responsibilities included sales and training. Earlier experience includes a CoManager role at Skechers, focusing on team training and development. Krystel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from National University, completed in 2019.
