Melanie Freiria

Melanie Freiria is currently the Associate Director of Premium Experiences & Ticket Services for the New York Yankees, having started in July 2022 after serving as the Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Melanie worked with the Charlotte Hornets from August 2016 to July 2022, progressing from Event Services Representative to Senior Manager of Guest Experience. Additional experience includes project coordination at The Sports Creative, team leadership at Interactions Marketing, and guest relations with the Carolina Panthers. Melanie's educational background includes an Executive Certificate in Sports Philanthropy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Sports Marketing from Saint Joseph's University.
