Paul Henshaw

Paul Henshaw is an experienced professional in player development and video analysis within Major League Baseball. Currently serving as Assistant Coordinator of Player Development Video & Technology and Assistant for Advance Scouting with the New York Yankees since January 2019, Paul has previously held roles such as Assistant Minor League Video Coordinator and Video Manager for player development. Prior experience includes functioning as a Baseball Operations Video Coordinator for Major League Baseball, where responsibilities included collecting and distributing video on prospects, as well as drafting scouting reports. Paul also served as a Baseball Operations Video Associate with the Los Angeles Dodgers, coordinating video initiatives and analyzing player performance data. Earlier roles include an Audit Associate at Ankura and an Athletic Department Assistant at Kenyon College. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kenyon College, completed in 2016.
