Alan Adojaan has a long and varied work experience. Alan began their career in 2004 as the owner of AlanTrade Photoproduction, a company that has been cooperating with Corbis Scanpix and producing photos for Corbis and Getty Images photo banks for 10 years. In 2003, they became the Account, Marketing & Program Manager for OÜ Püssirohukelder & AS ZumZum Kohvik, where they created the identity and brands for Püssirohukelder and a new concept and visual identity for ZumZum Cafe. In 2004, they became the Sales & Marketing Manager for OÜ Põltsamaa EDE Meat Factory, where they were responsible for creating the brands, identity and marketing strategy for the company. In 2011, they became the PR & marketing manager for Sunset Club, where they were responsible for redesigning the image of the biggest nightclub in Pärnu. In 2014, they became the PR & Marketing Manager for Manna la Roosa & Tai Boh, where they were responsible for marketing, public relations and identity creation for the venues. In 2015, they became the CEO of YANU Robotics. In 2017, they became the Marketing Advisor for FCR Media Eesti - Digimeedia agentuur and the Scenarist for new TV-series “LÕKS” for TV3 Estonia.

Alan Adojaan began their education in 1986 at Miina Härma Gymnasium. In 1997, they attended Norgaards FolkeHojskole for a one-year media course at college level, focusing on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Alan then went on to the University of Tartu, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations and Sociology in 2006. Finally, in 2011, they graduated from Tilburg University with a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication Science, Business and Digital Media.
