Cherry Benson has over 15 years of experience in customer success, account management, and supply chain analysis. Cherry began their career in 2005 as an Order Manager and Account Manager II at Branders.com. In 2009, they moved on to Sourcefit Philippines Inc. as an Account Manager. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Ingram Micro. In 2012, they joined Deltek as an Account Manager - Government Contracting and later as a Customer Success Manager. In 2020, they moved to YAPI as a Customer Success Manager, II. At Deltek, their role as Customer Success Manager included collaborating with cross functional teams to manage customer lifecycles, developing a CSM Playbook, owning the expansion and renewal for SaaS accounts, facilitating business reviews, and more.
Cherry Benson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Santo Tomas.
