Gulter Bedel

Gulter Bedel has a strong background in software development and management. Gulter began their career at Garanti Teknoloji in 1999 as a Senior Software Developer and later became a Software Manager from 2004 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Doğuş Teknoloji as a Business Unit Manager before moving on to Yapı Kredi in the same year. At Yapı Kredi, Gulter held various roles including Vice President responsible for software development of digital channels such as internet banking, mobile banking, ATM, call center, and IVR. Gulter was later promoted to a Senior Vice President position in 2016 and again in 2018.

Gulter Bedel earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Istanbul Bilgi University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Yildiz Technical University from 1993 to 1998, where they studied Computer Engineering.
