Özden Önaldi

Özden Önaldi has extensive work experience in various roles within the banking and financial industry. From 1999 to 2000, Özden worked as an SAP Controlling Consultant at Doğan Holding. From 2000 to 2001, Özden served as an Internet Banking and Channel Management professional at Osmanlı Bankası. Özden then joined Garanti Bankası in 2002, holding various positions including Branch Channel Planning VP, CRM and Customer Experience Manager, and Human Resources / L&D Manager. In 2016, Özden joined Koç Holding A.Ş., where they worked in Group Learning & Development and Agile Transformation. Özden's most recent role is with Yapı Kredi, where they joined in 2022 as the Executive Vice President Human Resources - CHRO. Additionally, Özden also holds board member positions at Yapı Kredi Leasing, Yapı Kredi Faktoring, Yapı Kredi Teknoloji, and Yapı Kredi Yatırım.

Özden Önaldi completed an Engineer's Degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University from 1993 to 1998. In 2021-2022, Özden Önaldi pursued an Executive MBA from Koç University. Özden also obtained additional certifications including Scrum@Scale Practitioner Certification from Scrum Inc. in 2021, HBS Agile Transformation Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2021, Leading Team People and Organizations from Columbia Business School in 2020, and Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School in 2017.
