Elaina Papastavrou

Elaina Papastavrou is an accomplished professional in Customer Success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Yapily since February 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at Fidel API, where Elaina held the positions of Director of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success for EMEA, as well as Customer Success Manager for EMEA. Prior to that, Elaina worked as a Customer Success Manager at Elliptic and held multiple roles at Currencycloud, including Customer Success Manager and Relationship Manager. Elaina's career began at MBA Group Ltd as a Service Co-Ordinator and briefly at Alfred Dunhill as an Archive Assistant. Elaina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Roehampton, completing the degree in 2013 after attending St Marthas Senior School.
