Victor Ayala A.

Victor Ayala A. has extensive experience in sales management and training coordination. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales at Yapo.cl SpA since April 2018, Victor leads the sales team for classified ads. Prior to this, Victor worked at Entel Servicios de Contact Center from August 2015 to December 2017 as the Coordinator of Internal Training, overseeing new employee induction and ongoing training initiatives. Victor also held positions at Entel from January 2008 to July 2015, including Supervisor, where leadership focused on achieving team goals, and Coach de Supervisores, which involved identifying developmental needs and creating training plans for supervisors. Victor holds a Diplomado in Sales Management from Facultad de Economía y Negocios - Universidad de Chile, completed in July 2023, and a degree in History from Universidad Academia de Humanismo Cristiano, obtained in 2009.
