After working at Mitsubishi Corporation, Harvard MBA, and McKinsey & Company, he has been the CEO of Globis Management Bank since 2005 (retired). In 2007, he established Pronova and became the representative director. Since 2014, he has been an outside director of Astellas Pharma Inc. (retired) and an outside director of Marui Group Co., Ltd. Since 2015, he has been an outside director of Lancers Co., Ltd. and an outside director of Septeni Holdings Co., Ltd. Since 2016, he has been an outside director of Link and Motivation Co., Ltd.
