Yara is an AI agent that runs your job search for you.

It's like having a recruiter by your side. Someone who knows the market, keeps track of every opportunity, and is always in your corner. The more you use Yara, the better it understands what you actually want and the roles worth your time, so it can support you the way a great recruiter would, available whenever you need it.

Most job seekers spend hours doing the same repetitive work: digging through listings, researching companies, rewriting the same application a hundred times, and then waiting in silence. Yara handles that work so you can focus on the conversations that actually matter.

Tell Yara what you're looking for and it goes to work. It finds roles that fit, researches each company and team so you walk in informed, drafts tailored outreach, and applies on your behalf, including filling out the tedious ATS forms. You stay in control the whole way through. Yara does the work, you click submit when you're ready.

Yara is built by Flows, an AI talent lab building the tools that make hiring and getting hired actually work.
