Claudio Barbosa

Claudio Barbosa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in productivity and operational excellence across multiple industries. Currently serving as Corporate Senior Productivity Coordinator at Yara Brasil since April 2020, Claudio leads a team of seven, reporting to the Regional Director. Previous roles include Industrial and Manufacturing Manager at Embraco, Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Grendene S/A, and various positions at Whirlpool Corporation, where leadership responsibilities spanned across teams of up to twelve individuals. Claudio's expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement has been reinforced through diverse educational qualifications, including a specialization in Lean Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and an MBA in Management Business from IBMEC.
