Birgitte Holter

Birgitte Holter has substantial experience in environmental solutions and business development, currently serving as the Head of Yara Green and Low Carbon Fertilizer Solutions at Yara International since June 2016. In this role, Birgitte leads projects aimed at developing sustainable products and services to achieve climate neutrality by 2050, as well as advancing circular economy practices in agriculture. Previously, Birgitte held various leadership positions at Norsk Hydro, including Vice President of HES and CSR, and has extensive experience in sales and strategy development within the aluminium industry. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Business and Administration with a focus on International Marketing/Strategy from the Norwegian School of Economics.
