Christophe Becquart

Christophe Becquart is an experienced professional currently serving as Change Manager Europe at Yara International since April 2021, where responsibilities include facilitating the translation of the Yeurope Strategy to commercial and production sites across Europe. As the founder of Impulsion - Human Leadership since July 2019, Christophe enables teams to achieve new results in alignment with their ambitions within a three-month timeframe. Previously held positions include Strategic Client Partner at STRAMMER from September 2019 to April 2023 and various leadership roles at Roche between January 2001 and September 2019, including HR Director and Head of Technical Service & Support. Initially working as a Field Services Engineer at Roche Diagnostics Belgium from December 1996 to December 2000, Christophe has a strong background in after-sales service for high-tech medical instrumentation. Educational qualifications include an Executive Coach Master class from Nova Terra Coaching School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Haute Ecole provinciale du Hainaut Occidental.
