Glauber Alves

Glauber Alves is an experienced project manager and financial controller with a strong background in capital project planning and controls, particularly within the chemical and fertilization sectors. At Yara International from January 2020 to December 2022, Glauber served as Project Controls Manager and led major projects such as the Blue Ammonia initiative in the US Gulf Coast and a significant divestment project worth 452 million USD. Prior to this, Glauber worked for Arcadis, where responsibilities included developing project controls strategies for a multi-billion dollar portfolio and managing project execution in various sectors. Glauber's academic qualifications include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick and a Programme Management qualification from the University of Oxford.
