Currently, Ing Ing Claudia serves as the Manager, Regional Business Operations at Yara International for the regions of Africa and Asia. Prior to that, Ing Ing Claudia held roles at Bintang Jaya Sejati Group and Bank of Singapore, focusing on business management and marketing. In addition, Ing Ing Claudia co-founded a tiles and stone company and worked as a Marketing Executive at Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd. Ing Ing Claudia holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Second Class Honours in Management from The University of Western Australia and a Diploma in Business Administration from Singapore Polytechnic.
