Shobhita Jaiswal

Shobhita Jaiswal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement, and learning and development. Currently serving as a Sr. People Business Partner and Sr. Manager of Talent Management at Yara International since December 2022, Shobhita previously held the position of HR Manager at Panasonic India where focus areas included training and development and driving culture.
