Terje M. Tollefsen

Terje M. Tollefsen is an accomplished professional in strategy and business development, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for Industrial Solutions at Yara International since March 2004. Prior roles at Yara include Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Development and Senior Vice President, Head of Strategy & Business Development, overseeing global strategy, M&A activities, and project development. With extensive experience in the Asia region, Terje also held positions such as Business Unit Manager for Greater China and CFO for Business Unit Asia. Additional experience includes serving as a board member for Forte Digital and chairing Mindshift AS, alongside prior roles at Norsk Hydro and Tarantell AS. Terje holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
