Yannick Deplechin

Yannick Deplechin is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of People & Culture at Yara International since July 2016, managing the HR department for the Brussels office, including compensation and benefits, change management, and payroll processes for a diverse workforce. Prior experience includes roles at Yara International as HR Service Manager and International Assignment Coordinator, as well as a brief tenure as a Global Mobility Specialist. Earlier in the career, Yannick worked as a People and Organisation Adviser at PwC Belgium, providing tax assistance to expatriates and Belgian nationals.
