Geraldo Mattioli Filho has had an extensive career in the agricultural industry. Geraldo is currently serving as the President of Yara North America since May 2021. Previously, they held various positions at Yara International, including Vice President of Farming Solutions for Yara Americas and Growth and Commercialization Director for Digital Farming in Latin America (excluding Brazil). Geraldo has a deep understanding of the crop input field, particularly in crop nutrition, and has worked in Brazil, Europe, and Latin America. Prior to joining Yara, they worked as the Commercial Director at Groupe Roullier.

Geraldo Mattioli Filho pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy from Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" from 1986 to 1990. Later, in 2007 to 2008, they attended the University of Tampa where they completed their MBA.
