Jolena Broussard

JoLena Broussard, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Public Affairs, Governmental Relations and Communications for Yara North America, focusing on U.S. Gulf Coast projects since May 2025. In previous roles, Broussard has held key positions in strategic engagement and communications at Cornerstone Chemical Company and Arclin Amines, effectively managing internal and external communications, crisis management, and community relations initiatives. Broussard has a strong background in public and government affairs, having worked with ExxonMobil and Jacobs, as well as experience in educational settings at Louisiana State University. Academic credentials include an MBA and a BA in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University, supplemented by additional studies at the University of Leicester.
