Ricky Carlson, MBA, has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management within the fertilizer industry. Ricky is currently the Director of Operations at Yara North America, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to this, Ricky worked as a Project Manager at the Sulfuric Acid Trading Company from March 2020 to September 2020. From 2013 to 2020, Ricky held various roles at Mosaic Crop Nutrition, LLC including Senior Manager Warehouse Distribution Operations, Rock Strategy Planning Analyst, and Capital Project Portfolio/Operations Support Manager. Before that, they were the Phosphates Supply Chain Manager at The Mosaic Company from 2007 to 2012. Ricky began their career at Mosaic Crop Nutrition LLC in 2003 as the Operations Manager North America. Overall, Ricky's work experience showcases their expertise in managing large-scale fertilizer distribution operations, optimizing supply chains, and leading capital projects.

Ricky Carlson, MBA, holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota Mines. Ricky also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from the University of South Florida. Additionally, Ricky has pursued further studies in Engineering Physics at South Dakota State University and International Business at Nova Southeastern University.
