Ulrika Karlberg

Ulrika Karlberg is a seasoned creative professional currently serving as the Chief Creative Officer and Co-Chief Creative Officer at YARD NYC since June 2022. Previously, Ulrika held the position of Executive Creative Director at Grey Group from August 2021 to June 2022, and at YARD NYC from September 2018 to August 2021, where roles included Executive Creative Director and Group Creative Director. As Co-Founder of Herb Essentials, a cannabis-infused skincare company, Ulrika contributed to its establishment from November 2015 to January 2021. Additional experience includes positions at Firstborn as Creative Director, Droga5 as a Creative, Forsman & Bodenfors as a Creative, and BBH Global as a Creative, along with a role as Studio Assistant at Garbergs. Ulrika's educational foundation was built at Berghs School of Communication from 2010 to 2012.
