David Gainey

David Gainey is an experienced manager currently leading the Residential Routing Support team at Yardi Systems, where responsibilities include managing large-scale implementations and providing technical support. Gainey has successfully implemented CRM and CMS software for client accounts exceeding $3,000,000, facilitated product roll-outs, and developed training materials and customizations for marketing websites. Prior to Yardi, Gainey held roles at General Dynamics Information Technology, where notable contributions included enhancing the Navy’s Intranet Portal, and at Socially Grown Media, focused on social media management and analytics. Gainey holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from St. Mary's College of Maryland and has international business experience from studies in Barcelona.
