Janet Ham

Janet Ham is a Senior Director in Southeast Client Services at Yardi since March 2017, with extensive experience in the computer software industry specializing in negotiation, sales, customer relationship management, asset management, and team building. Prior to Yardi, Janet served as Vice President of Information Technology at Post Properties from August 1997 to November 2016, overseeing technology initiatives and reporting directly to the CFO. Janet also held positions such as MIS Manager at Columbus Realty Trust, where responsibilities included IT operations and training, and Systems Manager at Wolverine Management Company, managing information systems and accounting functions. Janet's career began as a Staff Accountant in the multifamily portfolio sector. Janet holds an Associate of Arts degree from Pensacola Jr. College and continued education at the University of West Florida.
