Teams are handing real work to AI agents, and almost nobody can say what that work is worth. Yardstick is the measuring instrument for the agent era.

We measure the value AI agents create in the units each job respects: cost per merged PR for coding tools, resolution rate for support, pipeline for sales, citation accuracy for research. Activity metrics lie. Outcomes don't.

Yardstick works in three layers. Observe scores your agents on real outcomes. Optimize turns those scores into better agents with ranked changes, experiments, and auto-tuning. Treasury governs the money behind it all, turning AI budgets into allowances, policies, and payouts tied to verified value.

If AI does real work for your team and you want it measured, optimized, and governed, Yardstick is built for you.
