Ann Vanga

Ann Vanga serves as General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Yardstik since May 2024. Previously, Vanga was an alum of Chief, a network aimed at advancing women in leadership, from January 2022 to February 2025. Vanga also held the position of Vice President, Legal at Solifi from January 2018 to May 2024, acting as chief counsel for a global B2B fintech SaaS provider. Earlier roles include Associate General Counsel at Aqseptence Group, Inc., and Attorney and Project Manager at OATI. Vanga holds an M.B.A. in General Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in German and Political Science from the University of Kentucky.
