Geraldine Farrell

Geraldine Farrell, FAICD, FGIA, FCIS, currently serves as the Director of Legal, Risk & Compliance at Yarra Trams, a role established to oversee legal risks and obligations while advising senior leadership. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel at Orica, where management of corporate legal functions was a key responsibility, and as Chief Compliance Officer & Company Secretary at Cann Group, overseeing regulatory and risk management. Geraldine has also held significant positions at GYST Commercialisation Pty Ltd, Nexvet Biopharma, Griffith Hack, MinterEllison, Herbert Smith Freehills, and Dunhill Madden Butler, focusing on IP law, corporate governance, and compliance in various sectors. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws from Monash University and a Master of Corporate Governance from Swinburne University of Technology, among others.
