Racheli's tenure includes serving as Global VP of Human Resources at Fuse Мedia, where strategic HR initiatives were developed in partnership with the CEO, as well as a VP at Applicaster, focusing on global HR structure and talent acquisition. Racheli's career began in HR and finance at Samsung Electronics, shortly after the establishment of the company's first office in Israel. Racheli holds a Master's degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a specialization in Criminology from the Open University of Israel.
