Lee Ivy has been working in the legal field since 2012. In 2012, they were a Chambering Student at Ng & Ting. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Legal Associate at ZICOlaw Sabah and a Chambering Student & Legal Associate at Lee & Koh. In 2018, they were a Legal Assistant at Jeff Leong Poon and Wong. In 2019, they were a Compliance Officer at Hong Leong Bank Berhad and a Legal Counsel at British American Tobacco Malaysia. Currently, they are a Channel Development & Customer Engagement Lead at YAS MicroInsurance since 2022.

Lee Ivy's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Law from Aberystwyth University from 2008 to 2009, a UK Degree Transfer Programme in Law from HELP University from 2007 to 2008, and an A-Level in Law, Business Management, and Economics from Institute Sinaran in 2006.
